As part of our Inside Sales team, you’ll play a critical role in driving revenue by closing opportunities that others leave behind. This is not a traditional support role—you’ll own the follow-up, re-engage customers who didn’t initially purchase, and work to convert opportunities into closed deals. At Express Flooring, speed and execution matter. You’ll partner closely with our Design Consultants in the field, providing real-time support while also taking the lead on rehashing unsold opportunities, saving cancellations, and keeping deals moving forward. If you’re motivated by results, confident on the phone, and know how to turn “no” into “yes,” this role is for you.
