About The Position

DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at DCIDS is to save lives through organ donation and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! The Inside Sales Specialist will handle new account development to increase revenue by focusing on allograft sales, manage orders placed by new and existing customers, and generate new business by developing and following leads. For over four decades, DCI Donor Services has been a leader in working to end the transplant waiting list. Our unique approach to service allows for nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution of organs and tissues while maintaining close ties to our local communities. DCI Donor Services operates as organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: Sierra Donor Services and Tennessee Donor Services with operations in the states of California, New Mexico, and Tennessee. We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Sierra Donor Services Eye Bank. Our performance is measured by the way we serve donor families and recipients. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eighteen months’ experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generates new business by identifying and researching accounts nationwide using telephone, email and independent research.
• Proactively initiates outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.
• Creates and delivers informative telephone and email presentations regarding products, effectively closes sales, and meets monthly sales quota.
• Monitors and analyzes finished goods inventory to identify distribution outlets for allografts as assigned by the Senior Direct of Sales.
• Monitors and calls dormant accounts to reestablish relationship with the company.
• Tracks and reports sales activity.
• Attends Sales/Distribution departmental meetings, participates in committees, coordinates special projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
