About The Position

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, preparing accurate quotations, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. This role works closely with the Outside Sales, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure customers receive responsive service, accurate information, and solutions that meet their project needs. The Inside Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving revenue growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects Netting Pros' commitment to quality, service, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotes, customer requests, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to quickly learn internal systems and product knowledge.
  • Ability to think critically, identify customer needs, and develop practical solutions while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Works effectively with Sales, Estimating, Operations, Project Management, and Leadership to provide seamless customer support.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, account management, or related experience.
  • Experience in construction, industrial products, building materials, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries through phone, email, website, and other communication channels.
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their project requirements and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and sales documentation in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to increase conversion rates and close business.
  • Qualify leads and identify opportunities for outside sales or project management involvement when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunity pipelines within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, and Project Management to ensure accurate pricing, product availability, and successful project execution.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding order status, scheduling, product information, and project updates.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on company products, industry trends, and competitive offerings to better serve customers.
  • Support special sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other business development efforts as assigned.
