About The Position

Generate sales and revenue by promoting and selling the organization's products and services by telephone and other means to existing or potential clients. Activities include making cold call telephone sales, arranging or attending sales visits, providing information to clients and suggesting alternative products or services, updating the client information database and processing orders. Location: Remote / Hybrid role. Required to be onsite 2 days a week in the North Canton, Ohio office.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Inside Sales.
  • Proven success in high quota carrying position.
  • Experience cold calling, hunter mentality.
  • Possess experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, to maximize opportunities.
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills at all levels of the organization, including client interactions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Software and Service solution sales would be advantageous.
  • Ability to drive and develop strong relationships
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a drive toward ownership of the solution.
  • Consultative sales experience with complex software; hardware services solutions is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Inside Sales for a limited geographic area or for an established group of business customers.
  • Performs prescribed number of follow-ups and talk times per day.
  • Meets and exceeds daily activity expectations (calls, demos, emails, total contacts).
  • Generates revenue via various campaigns to obtain monthly sales quota.
  • Identifies decision makers within targeted leads and builds effective business relationships.
  • Negotiates effective terms, beneficial to both clients and DN.
  • Provides feedback and techniques to team / management to help improve performance.
  • Resolves customer questions and complaints, escalating issues of greater complexity to higher levels.
  • Manages sales tracking and productivity tools efficiently (that is, updating opportunity records, setting follow-ups and updating stages, obtaining references, managing pipelines, etc).
  • Prospects, builds and manages referral pipeline via various strategies.
  • Builds mutually beneficial relationships with key cross-functional and partner stakeholders.
  • Supports team and cross-functional projects within defined area of responsibility.
