About The Position

We're hiring an SMB Inside Sales rep to help small and mid-sized businesses get up and running on GigSmart. You'll be the first conversation new customers have with us — the person who shows owners, GMs, and operations how to schedule their core team and fill gaps with a flex crew. High volume, fast pace, and a consultative style. You will also own the ongoing relationship with our SMB clients, helping to maintain and grow their business.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, BDR/SDR, or AE experience
  • Comfortable on the phone and on video — short cycles, lots of conversations
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter who thrives on activity metrics and quota
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SaaS, staffing, or marketplace platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Run inbound and outbound calls with SMB prospects across all industries including hospitality, retail, warehousing, and facility services
  • Qualify leads, understand staffing needs, and recommend the right mix of G-Force, G-Flex, and G-Board
  • Demo the platform live and walk prospects through their first shift post
  • Hit weekly activity goals and monthly closed-won targets
  • Keep HubSpot clean — pipeline notes, next steps, accurate stages
  • Partner with marketing on lead quality feedback
  • Hand off growth accounts to Account Management team with a complete picture of customer goals
