Wellhub is expanding its U.S. presence and seeking a driven, authentic, and resourceful SMB Sales Executive to join the Client Sales team in New York City. This is a full-cycle inside sales role responsible for the entire new business process for the Small-to-Midsize Business (SMB) market, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new logos. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at building relationships, solving problems, and achieving success in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience with a strong track record in new business acquisition.
  • SaaS or PaaS sales experience, or equivalent experience in a related B2B tech environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including genuine curiosity, active listening, and an authentic approach with prospects.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to create momentum, find solutions, and drive outcomes independently.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, strong organization, adaptability, and optimism.
  • High coachability, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset.
  • Experience using Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Prior experience in B2B Sales and strong communication skills are mandatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new B2B opportunities through calls, emails, social outreach, and creative channels.
  • Utilize innovative outreach tactics to connect with prospective clients and initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to closing deals, including running discovery calls, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Understand customer pain points and position Wellhub as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with the team, bringing a competitive spirit and contributing to a culture of shared success.
