The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for establishing or re-establishing, qualifying, and maintaining contact with small to medium-sized customers to increase machine, parts, and service sales. This role involves making at least 20 calls per day, reflecting the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.” ISR customers are typically small construction, landscape, and governmental clients identified through various databases and directories. The ISR proactively manages an account base in an assigned territory using a disciplined phone call campaign approach. They provide retail assistance and coordination for customers with all sales activities, including demonstrations, qualifying, quoting, and closing sales, even if they don’t perform these functions personally. Direct mail and other promotional activities will be used to drive business to the ISR. A segmented and targeted industry approach, along with regionalized campaigns, will be employed. The pay rate is a base of $50,000.00 plus commission, dependent on education and experience.
