Shield HealthCare is looking for an Inside Sales Representative in their Carrollton, TX office to identify and service Shield HealthCare customers. This is a hands-on role that is responsible for calling customers and potential customers with the purpose of selling Shield HealthCare products and services. This role contributes to meeting financial goals through gaining new customer accounts and expanding current ones using Telesales techniques. This is an on-site position in Carrollton, TX.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Ability to achieve targets

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position
  • Knowledge of home health business including referral sources
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers' questions and following up when necessary
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
  • Staying informed about competing products and services
  • Upselling products and services
  • Researching and qualifying leads
  • Closing sales and achieving required sales targets
