Inside Sales Representative - Must Love Dogs!
About The Position
Join one of the fastest growing, award winning pet care companies in the country in our call center, as a Reservation Specialist and Inside Sales Representative. Our Inside Sales Representative is a Reservation Specialist who spends a large portion of their day handling incoming and outgoing calls, touring prospective clients & their pets, promoting our unique services, booking reservations, ensuring client retention, and account management. You will ensure the promotion of DogiZone's high standard of daily care and services for our pet guests including overnight lodging, day care, bathing, training, concierge transport, and other services as required. No cold-calling and lots of room for growth. Inside Sales Representative Pay is hourly plus commission with room for growth + bonus earning potential.
Requirements
- Past sales experience for an upscale product or service
- Positive attitude; upbeat and enthusiastic
- Self-motivated
- Polished verbal skills
- Motivated by measurable goals and a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills
- Must love dogs
- Self-motivated; you don't wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Eager to learn and apply our Proven Coaching System
- Able to work on-site in Rockville, MD
- A love for dogs
