About The Position
National Tube Supply is a leading metals service center specializing in carbon and alloy tubular products. Distributing steel tubing for more than 30 years, we pride ourselves on our customer service and on-time delivery. National Tube Supply has a teamwork-based and fast-paced work environment. Requirements
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a post-off Hair Follicle Drug Screen (approx. 3-6 month window) and background check
Responsibilities
- Strengthen relationship and grow current customer accounts.
- Provide quotes to customers.
- Convert quotes into sales orders.
- Communicate with customers by phone and email.
- Develop new customer base through cold calling.
- Handle customer service issues.
- Interface between departments.
