About The Position

GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WHO THRIVES IN CONSULTATIVE SALES! FCX Performance/EADS is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company. As an Inside Sales Representative with FCX Performance, you will establish and expand relationships with current customers. You’ll spend your time interacting with your customers in determining their process flow control and instrumentation needs, while providing solutions to meet those needs. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention and sales results!

Requirements

Inside Sales within the industrial marketplace preferred.
Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
Self-motivated & aggressive in sales tactics and strategies; desire to close sales!
Technical/flow control industry and instrumentation knowledge preferred.
Mechanically inclined.
Computer proficiency including MS office.

Responsibilities

Establish and expand relationships with current customers.
Determine customer process flow control and instrumentation needs and provide solutions.
Direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention and sales results.
Retain customers and build repeat sales.
Sell company products and services by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries.
Provide technical and application information.
Manage sales territory strategically, organized, and technologically.
Process and expedite orders, customer returns and returns to vendors accurately and timely.
Ensure timely delivery through efficient vendor follow-up.
Source and get quotes from vendors.
Handle correspondence from customers.
Field calls from customers.
Assist the outside sales team.
