Washington Mills is hiring a tech-forward Inside Sales Representative to market and sell abrasive grain and refractory and ceramic raw materials. This on-site opportunity in North Grafton, MA is an exciting role for someone who wants to learn and win. You’ll be at the center of our growth by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and turning prospects into customers. This person will develop and close new business through managing incoming sales leads, speaking with prospects on the phone, emailing, cold calling, using social media and Ai, conducting company, industry and application research. An interest in business development, research, developing sales skills, and learning about new companies, products and applications is required. Experience or interest in materials science, industrial manufacturing, grinding, surface finishing, polishing, grit blasting, or the ceramic and refractories industry are desirable traits.
