About The Position

Blue Diamond Attachments is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow dealer relationships across the Tennessee territory. The role is based onsite at the company’s Knoxville, Tennessee headquarters; sales activities are handled from the Knoxville office, and the position is not remote or field-based. The representative will own an assigned geographic territory, develop lasting dealer partnerships, support dealerships, and drive sales. The company emphasizes developing product experts and trusted business advisors who help dealers succeed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On-target earnings are $55,000–$70,000, including monthly commissions and quarterly KPI bonuses. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen. Top candidates may be invited to complete a sales assessment.

Requirements

Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
Professional and personable telephone presence, with excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

CCE knowledge and experience preferred.
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is a plus, but not required.
