Rossen Law Firm, South Florida’s fastest-growing criminal-defense team with 1,000 + five-star reviews, seeks an in-office Client Care Specialist (Inside Sales Rep) who can turn qualified inbound leads into signed clients on the first call. Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of high-ticket phone sales or intake experience with a history of 35%+ close rates.
  • Ability to demonstrate persuasive empathy: calm fear, build trust, and confidently ask for payment.
  • Proficiency in objection-handling (price, spouse, shopping around) without resorting to discounting.
  • Tech agility.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, chats, and web forms.
  • Conduct phone case evaluations to confirm legal fit and urgency.
  • Present flat or phased fees, handle objections confidently, offer financing, and secure payment on the first call.
  • Generate and send contracts via Conga/DocuSign for immediate signature.
  • Warmly transfer signed cases to the assigned attorney and case manager, remaining available for expert follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate notes in Salesforce and update KPI dashboards daily.
  • Execute follow-up call/text/email cadences for prospects who have not yet signed.
  • Collaborate with attorneys during subject-matter-expert calls to secure retainer agreements.
  • Share "voice-of-client" insights with Marketing and leadership to refine campaigns and offers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics: 95% evaluations held, 40% close rate, and a 48-hour average close time.
