About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Inside Sales Center (ISC) Representatives to join their expanding Portland-based team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and earning performance-based bonuses. As an ISC Representative, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless experience for homeowners. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in customer service, call center, or sales preferred.
Fluent in English, with clear, professional verbal communication skills and strong phone etiquette.
Motivated to meet performance goals and receptive to coaching and feedback.
Basic computer proficiency, comfort navigating multiple screens, and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to reliably commute to and from the Tualatin office.
Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Bilingual Spanish skills are a strong plus!

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners via inbound calls, delivering exceptional service and building trust.
Make outbound calls to warm leads from internal databases (no cold calling) and schedule consultations for the sales team.
Guide homeowners through the scheduling process while providing a professional and welcoming experience on every call.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate calendar placement and a smooth customer handoff.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.
