About The Position

BlueDot Cares is a Charlotte-based senior care company that operates a dual-service model, offering both in-home non-medical care and senior living placement. The company is expanding and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to cover Charlotte, Chapel Hill, and Durham markets. This role involves building referral partnerships and managing inbound digital leads for home care and placement services. The ideal candidate will be a driven, organized, and emotionally intelligent individual who can quickly build trust and manage multiple client relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales, B2B phone sales, or healthcare referral coordination experience.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Ability to make 40-60 outbound calls per day.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent account conversations.
  • Professional and confident phone presence, avoiding a scripted delivery.
  • A builder's mindset, eager to contribute to a growing company.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Charlotte office.

Nice To Haves

  • Senior living, home care, hospice, or home health experience.
  • Experience with Dialpad, Zoho CRM, Clay.com, A Place for Mom portal, Google Ads lead forms, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound dialing to nurture relationships with referral partners such as elder law attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, geriatric care managers, hospital discharge planners, hospice liaisons, and senior living sales directors.
  • Manage inbound home care leads from A Place for Mom and inbound home care and placement leads from Google, responding within 5 minutes.
  • Qualify leads, book consultations, and convert leads into home care starts or placements.
  • Log all activities, including calls, emails, notes, and next steps, in Zoho CRM.
  • Warm-transfer clients needing in-home assessments or community tours to local Senior Care Advisors or Placement Advisors.
  • Send physical and digital drip collateral to referral partners on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene by cleaning the Zoho pipeline, updating next-action dates, and identifying cold accounts.
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 territory reviews with the Operations Manager to discuss activity, pipeline, and conversion.
