We run a dual-service model — in-home non-medical care and senior living placement — under one roof, which means 2x the revenue per family relationship of any single-service competitor. We're scaling from one market to 100 over the next decade. Chapel Hill/Durham is the next flagship territory. You're joining early. We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to work out of our Charlotte headquarters (1816 Lyndhurst Ave) and cover three markets — Charlotte, Chapel Hill, and Durham — by phone, email, and mail. You will run two parallel plays: Trusted Advisor Outbound, building and nurturing a book of referral partners (elder law attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, geriatric care managers, hospital discharge planners, hospice liaisons, senior living sales directors), and Digital Lead Desk, working inbound home care leads from A Place for Mom and inbound home care and placement leads from Google. These leads are time-sensitive, requiring speed and empathy. You will not be cold-sourcing lists; a curated, enriched target list with phone numbers, email addresses, practice focus, and conversation hooks is delivered by Clay.com.
