About The Position

Every family we serve is making the hardest decision of their life — how to care for the person who raised them. We don't take that lightly, and we don't do this work the typical way. BlueDot Cares is a Charlotte-based senior care company building the dominant home care and senior placement brand in the Carolinas. We run a dual-service model — in-home non-medical care and senior living placement — under one roof, which means 2x the revenue per family relationship of any single-service competitor. We're scaling from one market to 100 over the next decade. Chapel Hill/Durham is the next flagship territory. You're joining early. We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to work out of our Charlotte headquarters (1816 Lyndhurst Ave) and cover three markets — Charlotte, Chapel Hill, and Durham — by phone, email, and mail. You will run two parallel plays: Trusted Advisor Outbound, building and nurturing a book of referral partners (elder law attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, geriatric care managers, hospital discharge planners, hospice liaisons, senior living sales directors), and Digital Lead Desk, working inbound home care leads from A Place for Mom and inbound home care and placement leads from Google. These leads are time-sensitive, requiring speed and empathy. You will not be cold-sourcing lists; a curated, enriched target list with phone numbers, email addresses, practice focus, and conversation hooks is delivered by Clay.com.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales, B2B phone sales, or healthcare referral coordination experience.
  • Comfortable dialing 40–60 times a day and love the craft of a good first call.
  • CRM-disciplined, not cutting corners on data entry, and experienced in Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Emotionally intelligent, able to earn trust fast with families in crisis and protective advisors.
  • Coachable and metrics-driven, wanting to know the score and beat it.
  • Organized, able to run dozens of concurrent account conversations without dropping a follow-up.
  • Professional presence on the phone: clear, warm, and confident, without sounding like reading scripts.
  • Possess a builder's mindset, wanting to be early at a company scaling from 1 to 100 and have fingerprints on the system.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the Charlotte office.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound dialing via Dialpad, calling the trusted advisor list Clay delivers to your queue each morning, targeting 40–60 dials/day.
  • Work inbound digital leads from A Place for Mom (home care) and Google (home care + placement), with a first-touch within 5 minutes of lead drop.
  • Qualify leads, book consultations, or convert to a home care start or placement.
  • Log all activity (calls, emails, notes, next steps) in Zoho CRM.
  • Warm-transfer clients to local Senior Care Advisors or Placement Advisors when an in-home assessment or community tour is needed.
  • Send referral partners physical and digital drip collateral (dementia care guides, essentiALZ® caregiver certification info, VA benefits one-pagers, home care and placement service overviews) weekly for priority accounts, bi-weekly for the long tail.
  • Clean your Zoho pipeline every Friday, update next-action dates, and surface accounts that have gone cold.
  • Conduct 1:1 territory reviews with the Operations Manager to review activity, pipeline, and conversion by territory.
