The Trusted Advisor, Solution Services role is crucial for driving growth and strengthening customer relationships within People Driven Technology’s Solution Services portfolio, which includes Collaboration, Connectivity, Colocation, and Contact Center (the 4 C’s). This strategic sales overlay partners with account teams to identify opportunities, lead transformative technology discussions, and deliver measurable business outcomes, enabling clients to modernize environments and unlock the full value of the solution ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, technology sales, or a related role within a solution services or IT environment.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth through solution-oriented sales and strong client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of one or more of the “4 C’s” — Collaboration, Connectivity, Colocation, and Contact Center — with the ability to position and sell across these domains.
  • Experience selling carrier solutions, either directly with a carrier or through partner relationships, with measurable results.
  • Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior decision-makers through consultative, strategic dialogue.
  • Familiarity with the Master Agent ecosystem and organizations such as AVANT and Telarus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a proactive business development engine, expanding adoption of the 4 C’s across existing and new accounts.
  • Lead strategic, consultative conversations that align client challenges with high-impact technology solutions.
  • Partner with PDT Account Executives to create integrated, long-term customer strategies that maximize value and retention within the 4 C’s.
  • Conduct technology and business reviews to uncover new paths for upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver vendor-neutral, best-fit recommendations.
  • Enable informed client conversations that position PDT as a trusted advisor utilizing market intelligence, data, and tools.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Integrator on quote creation and opportunity development to deliver a smooth client experience.
  • Strengthen relationships with key vendors, engineers, and stakeholders to accelerate deal velocity and client success.
