About The Position

Mid-State Supply in De Pere is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is crucial for supporting customers, generating new business, and achieving sales goals. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with outside sales representatives and the distribution team to grow existing accounts, develop new customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales through upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations.
  • Promote company products, programs, and value-added solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow through on customer commitments.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that help their businesses succeed.
  • Work closely with outside sales, showroom staff, vendors, and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts and sales activities using company systems and tools.
  • Develop expertise in product lines, market trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and contributing to account planning initiatives.
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
