About The Position

Rexco Equipment is hiring an Inside Sales Representative at our Davenport branch. You'll be the go-to resource for customers who walk through our doors looking for equipment solutions, and you'll build real, lasting relationships that come back year after year. As an Inside Sales Representative, you're the face of the branch for walk-in customers and Homeowners with Acreage (HOWA). You'll guide customers through a real sales process - discovering their needs, recommending the right equipment, working through the details, and closing the deal.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Strong communicator who knows how to listen before pitching
  • Comfortable working a CRM and staying on top of follow-ups
  • Creative problem-solver who doesn't give up when customers push back
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • construction equipment knowledge is a real plus
  • Associate degree or technical school background is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing a customer base through genuine relationship work and consistent follow-up
  • Using Rexco's CRM to stay organized, spot opportunities, and plan your outreach
  • Managing the full sales experience: trade evaluations, price quotes, negotiations, credit applications, warranties, and delivery coordination
  • Being proactive - reaching out to customers before they even know they need something
  • Tracking your progress against daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Staying sharp by attending manufacturer training, product demos, and trade events
