Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Promote and sell Deans Services by identifying customer needs and recommending the right solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information after each interaction.
  • Follow up with leads to secure new business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training to strengthen sales skills.
