Struers, the world’s leading manufacturer of material-testing equipment and consumables, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to identify opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts and drive revenue growth across assigned territories. This position is part of our Inside Sales team and is based at our U.S. headquarters in Westlake, Ohio. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies in the automotive, electronics, telecommunications, and aerospace industries. The Inside Sales Representative partners closely with the outside sales team to identify opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts and drive revenue growth across assigned territories. This role is responsible for promoting and selling equipment, accessories, consumables, and service contracts through proactive customer engagement and relationship management. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is comfortable communicating with customers through multiple channels, primarily phone, email, virtual presentations, and occasional in-person interactions. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
