About The Position

This is an in-office, entry-level role at Agri Beef’s corporate office in Boise, Idaho. Hybrid and remote work are not available. The Inside Sales Representative will help expand the market presence of Snake River Farms, Double R Ranch, St. Helen’s, and Rancho El Oro by building relationships with clients across the nation and increasing sales, profitability, and brand penetration in key markets. The role also involves educating and training distributor representatives about the company and its brands. Comprehensive on-the-job training and support are provided. The position may suit recent graduates or people interested in food sales and marketing, and requires enthusiasm for travel throughout the year. Agri Beef takes a ranch-to-table approach, participating in production from ranches and feed yards through final processing. Its products serve customers in the U.S. and more than 30 countries, including leading retailers and Michelin-starred restaurants.

Requirements

Ability to develop and sustain long-lasting customer relationships.
Highly motivated, with the ability to work without immediate supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with phone-based communication.
High standard of integrity and a team-player approach.
Willingness and enthusiasm to travel throughout the year.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Experience or knowledge of the boxed beef industry or a background in beef sales; these are not required, and on-the-job training is provided.
