About The Position

This is an entry-level, in-office position at Agri Beef’s corporate office in Boise, Idaho. Hybrid and remote work are not available. The Inside Sales Representative will help expand market presence for Snake River Farms, Double R Ranch, St. Helen’s, and Rancho El Oro by developing client relationships nationwide and increasing sales, profitability, and brand penetration in key markets. The role also involves educating and training distributor representatives about the company and its brands. The position is suited to recent graduates or people interested in food sales and marketing. Comprehensive training and support are provided, and experience or knowledge of the boxed beef industry or beef sales is not required. The role includes travel throughout the year. Agri Beef uses a ranch-to-table approach spanning ranches, feed yards, and final processing. Its beef products are sold in the U.S. and more than 30 countries, serving customers that include leading retailers and Michelin-starred restaurants.

Requirements

Ability to develop and sustain long-lasting customer relationships.
Highly motivated, with the ability to work without immediate supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence using the phone.
High integrity and a team-player mindset.
Willingness and enthusiasm to travel throughout the year.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
