About The Position

ABC Supply is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to provide customer service and sales support for roofing, building, and remodeling products. The representative helps customers identify the products they need, recommends appropriate solutions, and supports orders, payments, pickups, deliveries, inventory, and service concerns. Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience in roofing, siding, and windows, preferably in roofing supply sales or site work with a crew.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product and supply checklist for each customer’s job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply them to the appropriate customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and all items are accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns.
