About The Position

Braber Equipment, a well-established Canadian-owned manufacturer, distributor, and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is seeking a customer-focused and professional individual to join their team as an Inside Sales Representative. Our ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and prioritize their work, while providing exceptional customer service and support.
This position has a heavy Sales Function component, along with administrative duties including, but not limited to entering and tracking sales orders, data entry and spreadsheet maintenance, navigating the ERP system (Syspro) and utilizing customer specific systems etc.

Requirements

• Be a savvy sales person
• Proven sales record
• Agricultural or automotive mechanical knowledge required (Agriculture preferred)
• Excellent written/oral communication and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer support experience and skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Positive “Can-Do” attitude and results oriented focus
• Demonstrated commitment to professional and personal development
• Effective team player with strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Calling and emailing customers to grow accounts
• Build outstanding relationships with our dealers and corporate accounts.
• Assist customers with a variety of requests, including: recommending products, leveraging what we have in stock and closing orders, promo pack/specials selling, new product deployment to our customers, updating shipping statuses, trouble shooting issues and passing customers on to a technical service representative etc)
• Maintaining an efficient sales process through spreadsheet maintenance, data entry, and tracking sales orders.
• Identify, investigate, and communicate with the Outside Sales Representative on new account potentials.
• Process incoming sales orders using our ERP system (Syspro) and provide exceptional customer service and support
• Web Orders, as required
• Other duties, as required
