Requirements

Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm & hot leads
- Respond to inbound leads within minutes
- Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately
- Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and updated
- Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
- Work closely with outside sales & installation teams
- Hit and exceed key KPIs: 82%+ booking rate, 120+ calls/day, 20%+ aggregator conversion, 100+ booked estimates/month
