Durabuilt Windows & Doors is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive profitable growth in the Lethbridge area. In this role, you won't just be selling products; you’ll be designing and implementing sales plans to meet ambitious goals while representing a company known for its high ethical and cultural standards.

Requirements

  • A solid understanding of the construction industry, competitor products, and Durabuilt operations.
  • Proven core selling and prospecting skills with the ability to create strong value propositions for diverse customers.
  • Intermediate computer literacy and the ability to perform complex calculations involving fractions and percentages.
  • Exceptional listening and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms.
  • A commitment to personal and career development while maintaining a professional, competent presence at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual and team marketing goals.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations.
  • Convert inbound inquiries into sales and proactively make outbound calls to qualify leads and grow assigned builder accounts.
  • Work with showroom traffic to provide product demonstrations, value engineering options, and expert pricing information.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from quoting and accurate order entry (using PQM and MS Office) to proactive after-sales follow-up.
