Responsibilities

  • Contacting customers regarding previous estimates and recommendations
  • Following up on unsold opportunities
  • Re-engaging inactive customers
  • Scheduling appointments for service, replacement, and maintenance opportunities
  • Educating customers on financing and membership options
  • Building trust and creating urgency when appropriate
  • Working closely with operations, dispatch, and field teams
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and notes
