About The Position

Nextier Cabinets is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Norcross, Georgia. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with builders, contractors, remodelers, interior designers, dealers, and other trade professionals and knows how to turn inquiries, quotes, and showroom visits into sales. You'll work directly with customers from their first conversation through quoting, ordering, and follow-up—while developing relationships that generate repeat business. Our Inside Sales Representatives aren't simply taking orders. You'll have the opportunity to develop accounts, grow customer relationships, generate repeat business, and directly contribute to the growth of Nextier Cabinets. One contractor may represent multiple kitchens every year. One builder relationship can develop into dozens of projects. That's why we want someone who sees every inquiry as an opportunity to build a relationship—not just make a single sale. Nextier Cabinets is expanding, creating an opportunity for the right salesperson to grow along with the company. You'll work from our Norcross showroom and design center with direct access to our products, samples, designers, operations team, and management. Requirements

Sales-driven, organized, responsive, and comfortable asking for the business.
Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, or showroom sales experience.
Strong phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills.
A proven ability to follow up and close sales opportunities.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence working with pricing, quotes, measurements, and product specifications.
Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
A positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
Comfort working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Basic computer and CRM/order-entry skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in cabinetry, kitchen and bath, construction, building materials, flooring, countertops, appliances, millwork, or home improvement is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to incoming phone, email, website, and showroom inquiries.
Assist builders, contractors, remodelers, designers, dealers, and homeowners with cabinetry needs.
Develop incoming leads into active customers and trade accounts.
Follow up consistently on quotes, designs, samples, and open opportunities.
Prepare pricing and quotes and coordinate with our kitchen design team.
Help customers select cabinet styles, finishes, accessories, and project solutions.
Answer product, pricing, availability, lead-time, and ordering questions.
Assist new trade customers with setting up dealer accounts.
Contact existing customers to identify upcoming projects and additional sales opportunities.
Build relationships that turn first-time buyers into repeat customers.
Process and coordinate customer orders accurately.
Communicate with design, operations, warehouse, and management teams to keep projects moving.
Maintain accurate customer, lead, quote, and sales information.
Meet or exceed individual sales and account-development goals.
