About The Position
Thomas Pest Services is a rapidly expanding, family-owned pest management company serving the Capital and Upper Hudson Valley Regions. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to contribute to our customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role involves making numerous inbound and outbound calls daily, collaborating with team members, generating interest, qualifying leads, and closing sales. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on building relationships with prospective residential and commercial customers, identifying their pest management needs, and recommending appropriate services using advanced technology and products. Strong communication and technology skills are crucial for customer and colleague interactions.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable making dozens of inbound and outbound calls per day
- Comfortable working with fellow team members
- Comfortable generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales
- Effective communication skills
- Strong technology skills
