About The Position
This individual will help build and retain our patient database and increase hearing aid sales. A license will be required for this position but we are willing to train and mentor any interested candidate in the licensing process. Illinois requires a minimum of 2 verifiable years of college education.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Meet with patients and conduct routine/annual hearing screenings
- Make ear impressions and molds, order products and supplies
- Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments, questions, and troubleshoot problems
- Assist with repair and adjustments of hearing aids
- Provide care and use instructions to patients
- Conduct post-fitting orientations and warranty checks
- Maintain patient files and perform clerical duties and other administrative support functions
- Calling to follow-up with patients
