About The Position

The Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) is a results-driven new-business sales professional responsible for expanding C2FO's supplier network by identifying, engaging and activating new suppliers. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, building a strong sales pipeline and converting prospective suppliers into active users of C2FO's early payment and working capital solutions. The SRM owns the full new-business sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through supplier enrollment and the supplier's first transaction. The role engages financial decision-makers, understands their cash flow challenges and demonstrates how C2FO's solutions can improve working capital and financial flexibility. Success is measured by pipeline development, net-new supplier activations and new-business revenue. The position combines consultative selling with high-volume prospecting in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. AI-enabled sales tools support account research, outreach and productivity. Following successful completion of the initial probationary period, the role offers a hybrid arrangement with flexibility to work remotely and in the office. Remote work requires a reliable internet connection and a private workspace; the office is collaborative and open, with private meeting spaces available as needed. Travel is not expected. The work primarily involves sitting, standing, typing and viewing screens for extended periods.
