About The Position

We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. You thrive in fast-paced, high-volume B2C environments and know how to build, motivate, and develop a team that consistently hits targets. You're as comfortable analyzing conversion data as you are running a live call coaching session — and you bring a strong point of view on how technology can accelerate every stage of the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing a B2C inside sales team with demonstrated success hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume, short sales cycle environment (same-day or 1–3 day close preferred).
  • Strong coaching instincts — you know how to listen to a call, identify what's breaking down, and help a rep fix it.
  • Tech-forward mindset: hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, call intelligence, and AI-assisted coaching.
  • Data-driven approach to management — you set clear expectations, track the right KPIs, and make decisions based on performance data.
  • Excellent communicator who can rally a team, deliver candid feedback, and represent the sales org to leadership.
  • Experience hiring and developing sales talent from onboarding through mastery.
  • Background in building or refining sales playbooks and scripts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales reps in a high-volume, fast-cycle B2C environment.
  • Drive team performance through regular coaching, call reviews, and individualized development plans.
  • Identify gaps in conversion rates and win rates and implement targeted training and process improvements.
  • Own team metrics: call volume, contact rates, conversion rates, close rates, and booking targets.
  • Collaborate to optimize sales tools and technologies (CRM, call intelligence, AI) to maximize productivity and wins.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure lead flow, follow-up cadences, and provide market feedback.
  • Partner with customer operations to ensure hand-offs, requotes and retentions are handled smoothly.
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales reps quickly and effectively.
  • Report on team performance to senior leadership with clear insights and action plans.
