The Inside Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role in scaling Smile America Partners' mission by directing a high-performing team of Outreach Coordinators (OCs) responsible for connecting with schools and districts nationwide. This role is based in the Farmington Hills, Michigan corporate office. The Inside Sales Manager is a front-line sales leader responsible for hiring, developing, coaching, and driving a team of 10 to 20 Outreach Coordinators in a fast-paced, high-volume inside sales environment. This leader sets the daily performance standard, coaches OCs on outreach strategy and AI-enabled sales tools, monitors pipeline health, and partners with the Senior Sales Leader to align team activity with growth targets. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience managing a call center and high-volume inside sales teams, a passion for coaching, and the ability to build a results-driven team culture rooted in accountability, energy, and continuous improvement. This position reports directly to the Senior Sales Leader.
