About The Position

Monarch Electric Supply, an affiliate of U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI), is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate. The role supports customers and outside sales representatives by handling inquiries, quotes, orders, and follow-ups while coordinating with internal teams and helping improve operational efficiency. Onsite work is required. Full-time employees are eligible for the benefits described in the posting.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or electrical distribution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
Comfort with basic math and product comparisons.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to work onsite.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Eclipse or Solar ERP is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and accurately and promptly process orders by phone and email.
Provide quotes for pricing, delivery, and payment terms, and suggest alternative products when appropriate.
Support outside sales representatives by managing transactions, quotes, and order follow-ups.
Track open orders, backorders, and project statuses and communicate updates to customers in a timely manner.
Build strong customer relationships through knowledgeable, solution-oriented service.
Coordinate with internal teams, including credit, warehouse, and counter sales, as needed.
Recommend and help implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
