About The Position

Inside Sales Associate – Dayton, OH Full-Time | On-Site | Salary Plus Commission Turn Opportunities Into Sales Do you enjoy building relationships, helping customers, and working toward goals? As an Inside Sales Associate at Logan Services, you'll follow up with customers who have open estimates, answer questions, and help turn opportunities into sales. You'll work closely with our Sales Consultants, Service Technicians, and Sales Leadership to deliver a great customer experience and drive business growth.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of related experience preferred, ideally in sales or customer service.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
• A problem-solver who takes ownership of their work.
• Comfortable with technology and managing multiple priorities.
• A team player committed to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on open HVAC and service estimates to help customers move forward.
• Schedule sales appointments and coordinate communication with customers, Sales Consultants, and Technicians.
• Build relationships, address customer concerns, and help close sales.
• Work toward established sales goals and identify opportunities to grow business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and timely follow-up across company systems.
• Stay knowledgeable about Logan Services' products, services, and financing options.
