About The Position

The Inside Sales Associate I provides dependable service through accurate order entry, basic pricing, and secure payment handling. The role processes customer orders across multiple channels, identifies stock products and comparable alternatives, maintains margin goals within pricing guidelines, and coordinates with team members to meet service commitments. Work is performed under close supervision using prescribed processes, with limited independent judgment and review by a senior coworker or supervisor.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• High school diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
