About The Position

The Inside Sales I position provides dependable service through accurate order entry, basic pricing, and secure payment handling. The role processes orders through phone, email, text, and counter channels; handles credit card, check, and cash transactions; identifies stock products and recommends comparable alternatives; maintains margin goals within established pricing guidelines; and coordinates with team members to meet service commitments. The work is performed under close supervision using clearly prescribed processes, with limited independent judgment and review of work by a senior coworker or supervisor. Non-routine issues and deviations are referred to the supervisor.

The position is based in a comfortable indoor area. Most of the time is spent sitting, with frequent opportunities to move about; rare occasions may require moving or lifting light articles. Overnight travel is typically less than 10% of the time.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
