About The Position

The BoldSign & BoldDesk Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Syncfusion’s e-signature and helpdesk solutions. This role involves engaging with a diverse range of clients to understand their specific needs and demonstrate how our cutting-edge products can optimize their operations and boost productivity. BoldSign is a secure, scalable e-signature solution that streamlines document workflows and ensures legally binding transactions. BoldDesk is a comprehensive customer support platform that enhances communication and service delivery through advanced ticketing, automation, and analytics. The Account Manager will actively engage with warm, real-time leads, articulating the value of our solutions and creating a strong initial impression. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with responsibility for managing a personal pipeline and taking full ownership of day-to-day activities. Flexibility across time zones is expected in a hybrid work environment. Additionally, the Account Manager will identify and act on opportunities to upgrade recent transactions, maximizing revenue through strategic upselling. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and highly organized, with the ability to work independently while contributing to broader team objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build long-term client relationships. The role requires adaptability, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and the professionalism to manage complex client needs with confidence and insight. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Syncfusion’s continued growth while helping businesses succeed through the adoption of our solutions. We are seeking candidates that are located within 50-miles of our office in Morrisville, N.C. as this position starts with an on-site training period of approximately 6-8 weeks. After successful completion of training, this role will have the opportunity to transition to a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven, inside sales environment with a strong foundation in consultative sales.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with prospective customers to qualify, develop, negotiate, and close new subscription or plan-based opportunities, targeting high-conversion leads.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and structure of subscription plans through comprehensive product training, highlighting how our bundled offerings can provide clear, customized solutions.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients using varying methods of communication such as phone, email, and social platforms to foster relationships and encourage plan adoption or upgrades.
  • Identify and pursue untapped upsell opportunities within existing accounts, maximizing revenue.
  • Stay updated on company products, service updates, and promotions to offer tailored recommendations aligned with client goals.
  • Utilize access to company marketing information, industry trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancements to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Leverage insights from marketing resources, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position our subscription plans as superior solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through closing, ensuring all activities are tracked in the CRM.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries throughout the sign-up process.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with customers, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets using effective consultative and transactional selling strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotes that align with the customer’s needs, recommending the most appropriate plan; collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with customer expectations and company offerings.
  • Arrange payment terms in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Manage customer records and opportunities within the CRM system, retaining accurate notes and data.
  • Utilize programs and systems such as Microsoft 365, Chrome, and LinkedIn on a daily basis.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
