About The Position

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar role within the B2B sales environment.
• Demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Self-directed and focused on outcomes, taking initiative, acting decisively, and consistently delivering results.
• Good listener, curious, with a passion for learning about customer needs, solving problems, and winning business.
• Ability to plan and prepare to conduct effective virtual sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers by managing and growing accounts through consultative selling.
• Find new opportunities with existing/qualified customers, win new business, and grow the territory through sales prospecting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to customers, acting as a customer experience advocate.
• Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage the sales funnel and territory, and be relentless to win back lost customers.
