Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
Sound problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to prioritize
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

Address customer inquiries for product information and pricing
Route customers to appropriate sales contact
Enter sales orders in company’s order entry system
Respond to incoming calls and emails received in the general company inbox
Work with company’s cross-functional resources (market managers, accounting, operations, and marketing) as needed
Create product quotes and pricing management
Design and execute strategic sales initiatives
Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
Educate customers on product features and benefits
Provide sales support as needed including making outbound phone calls
Assist with administrative duties as needed
Other job duties as assigned
