About The Position

Adsposure is seeking driven, ambitious sales professionals to join our Inside Media Sales team in Cincinnati. In this role, you will prospect, develop, and close advertising campaigns across Adsposure’s growing portfolio of transit markets. You will help businesses understand the value of transit media and out-of-home advertising, build relationships with advertisers, and create campaigns that connect brands with audiences in high-impact public spaces. This is a true sales role for someone who enjoys outbound activity, business development, pipeline building, and closing deals. Success requires consistent prospecting, disciplined follow-up, strong communication, and the ability to turn new conversations into revenue-producing advertising campaigns. This position offers strong career progression within the sales organization, with advancement earned through performance, revenue growth, and demonstrated sales ability.

Requirements

  • 1–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales, media sales, advertising, business development, or another outbound sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close new business
  • Comfort initiating conversations with new prospects through outbound calls, email outreach, and networking
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills across phone, email, and presentation settings
  • Self-starter with urgency, accountability, and ownership of results
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a large prospect pipeline while staying organized and focused on revenue outcomes
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment with clear revenue expectations
  • Competitive mindset with motivation to improve performance and grow within a merit-based sales organization

  • Experience in advertising, media sales, out-of-home advertising, digital advertising, radio, print, sponsorships, or marketing services
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools to manage pipeline and client activity

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new advertiser relationships through outbound calls, email outreach, networking, referrals, and targeted business development
  • Identify and pursue local, regional, and multi-market advertising opportunities across Adsposure’s transit markets
  • Initiate conversations with business owners, marketing leaders, agencies, and decision-makers
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective advertisers
  • Create new opportunities through consistent, high-quality sales activity
  • Conduct discovery to understand advertiser goals, target audiences, campaign timing, budget, and market needs
  • Pitch Adsposure’s transit media and out-of-home advertising solutions in a way that aligns with advertiser objectives
  • Develop compelling advertising proposals that clearly communicate campaign value, reach, and market opportunity
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales cycle
  • Close direct and multi-market advertising campaigns that grow revenue across Adsposure’s expanding portfolio
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and annual billed revenue goals
  • Maintain an organized, active pipeline with clear next steps and follow-up activity
  • Use CRM and sales tracking tools to document prospecting, client activity, opportunities, proposals, and closed deals
  • Participate in pipeline reviews, sales meetings, and performance discussions
  • Take ownership of individual activity, revenue outcomes, and continued sales improvement
  • Collaborate with market Account Executives, national sales teams, and internal departments to support shared opportunities
  • Partner with creative, operations, and account management teams to ensure sold campaigns are executable and aligned with client expectations
  • Manage the transition from closed sale to campaign execution, ensuring a smooth handoff
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, clients, and prospects throughout the sales process
  • Take on larger and more complex campaigns as you build experience and credibility
  • Expand your impact across multiple Adsposure markets
  • Contribute to sales strategy, market development, and continued revenue growth
