About The Position
Responsible for managing new accounts and existing specified by EIS. Duties & Responsibilities: Answering calls via ring central, quoting materials requested by the customers, entering orders into SAP, tracking them until delivery; providing post-sales follow-up to gain business with these clients.

- Excellent communication skills with clients
- Customer service and responsiveness to client requests
- Import/export knowledge
- Emotional intelligence
- Experience in similar roles
