In this role, you’ll manage a high-value customer territory, balancing account management, inside sales, and new business development to achieve revenue and margin goals. Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or channel/distribution environments
  • Proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and grow revenue within assigned accounts or territory
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and business performance metrics (P&L exposure preferred)
  • Experience in technology, print solutions, or channel sales is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with a high-volume call environment and outbound prospecting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required (bachelor’s preferred)
  • Commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and building strong working relationships

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow your assigned territory, driving revenue, margin, and share across a diverse portfolio of accounts
  • Manage a blend of existing customer relationships and some new business development (“hunting”)
  • Conduct daily outbound calls and virtual customer interactions to identify opportunities and deepen engagement
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and TD SYNNEX’s full solutions portfolio
  • Manage your territory P&L, making data-driven decisions to improve profitability and performance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing consultative selling and solution recommendations
  • Resolve customer issues proactively and ensure a positive, seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with inside sales, field sellers, and vendor partners on proposals, RFPs, and business reviews
  • Support onboarding of new customers and manage projects to ensure successful implementation
  • Identify industry and customer trends, helping expand adoption of non-print and emerging solutions
