About The Position

At TD SYNNEX, our Inside Account Representatives play a critical role in supporting an established portfolio of partners while uncovering new growth opportunities across the IT ecosystem. In this role, you’ll own the day‑to‑day commercial relationship for a defined set of accounts—managing revenue, margin, and customer experience within your assigned territory. You’ll work proactively with customers, internal sales teams, and vendor partners to deliver solutions that help businesses grow, while developing the skills and experience needed to advance your sales career within TD SYNNEX. This position is ideal for a motivated seller who enjoys problem‑solving, collaboration, and taking ownership of results in a fast‑paced, partner‑focused environment.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information in English (and additional regional languages, where applicable).
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with confidence presenting ideas and value propositions persuasively.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Comfort adapting to change, managing workload pressure, and working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate proficiency with CRM tools, data entry, and standard business applications.
  • A commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and inclusive, respectful collaboration with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

  • Own territory performance by managing customer and territory P&L, applying critical thinking to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Generate new business through a combination of inbound and outbound sales activity, uncovering opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Build trusted customer relationships by understanding each customer’s business, purchasing processes, and operational needs across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with field sales, vendor management, finance, purchasing, and sales support teams to respond to RFPs, deliver proposals, and support QBRs.
  • Identify and execute growth plans by researching customer environments and aligning TD SYNNEX solutions and vendor offerings to customer goals.
  • Maintain detailed account profiles to identify cross‑sell and solution‑attach opportunities across the TD SYNNEX portfolio.
  • Anticipate and escalate risks by identifying potential issues early and providing timely visibility to Inside Account Executives or Senior Inside Account Executives.
  • Document processes and account procedures, delegating repeatable tasks to internal support teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Support operational excellence by partnering with sales support to ensure quotes and orders are accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Represent TD SYNNEX at internal and industry events as needed to strengthen relationships and expand market knowledge.
