About The Position

Are you an effective salesperson who enjoys daily interactions with an established client base? TD SYNNEX is looking for an Inside Account Representative to deliver results and provide exceptional customer service. You will manage specific accounts, drive revenues and margins, and handle complex customer issues.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education and 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent.
  • Strong data entry, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Clear and effective communication in English and other local languages.
  • Skilled in negotiation and persuasive selling.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and territory P&L.
  • Generate new business through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Coordinate with field sales for RFPs, proposals, and QBR presentations.
  • Identify and execute business growth opportunities.
  • Develop relationships at purchasing, sales, and operational levels.
  • Align with vendor management to achieve goals.
  • Build and maintain detailed account profiles.
  • Identify and address potential issues promptly.
  • Develop documentation and delegate tasks to support teams.
  • Travel and attend industry events as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes and orders.
  • Use project management skills to complete customer requests.
