The purpose of this job is to develop and provide focus on customer relationships, grow volume, manage attrition and respond to customers’ needs. This role involves growing and maintaining current customer volume through customer relationships and follow-through, identifying base volume customers with growth potential, and performing volume usage analysis to increase domestic gallons. The Inside Account Manager will also manage customer attrition by contacting customers with significant decreases in weekly volume and scheduling visits as needed. Additional duties include providing customized customer reporting, customer support, education, and training, managing sales activity in Salesforce, analyzing and providing pricing/payment terms, acting as a liaison with the Credit Department for collections, conducting fraud reviews, processing card issues, and reporting/analyzing KPIs. The role requires attending weekly sales meetings in person.
