Innovation & Technology interns also participate in a Leadership Insight Series, an Intern Innovation Challenge, and learning experiences on presentations and storytelling, emerging technology, and AI tools. The position pays $35.00–$38.50 per hour for 40 hours per week; the rate depends on office location and team assignment. Interns do not work on July 4 and receive two days of paid leave.
