About The Position

The Tepa Companies are seeking a curious, resourceful Innovation Intern for the summer of 2027. This paid internship lasts 12 weeks and involves hands-on projects to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, build dashboards, and make internal digital systems more efficient. The schedule is approximately 40 hours per week, depending on workload and school schedule, with work performed in the office location as part of a hybrid position requiring regular in-office presence at one of the company’s main offices. The pay range is $21–$25 per hour.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an applicable bachelor’s degree program, such as Business Management, Communications, or Economics.
• Must be within two years of graduation.
• Comfort with modern software ecosystems, especially Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and Teams.
• Basic coding knowledge, such as Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
• Self-starter with a creative mindset who enjoys finding smarter, more efficient ways to work.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in dashboards and data visualization; this is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing workflow automations, including routing inbox emails into structured folders and converting files to PDFs for upload to internal systems.
• Explore and prototype data dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI.
• Help integrate APIs and conditional audience logic to make internal systems more dynamic.
• Identify pain points in everyday processes and pitch creative, technology-based solutions.
